We are excited to announce that Chloe Aridjis will be appearing on Thursday 9th October 2025 at The Broadway Bookshop on Broadway Market, in the third event of the BB XX series celebrating twenty years of The Broadway Bookshop.

Chloe is also celebrating a twentieth anniversary — the publication of her first short story, ‘The Kafka Society’, which she will read from at this event. That story is now collected in Dialogue with a Somnambulist: Stories, Essays & a Portrait Gallery (House Sparrow Press, 2021), and Chloe will be joined in conversation by the press’s founders and editors, Jess Chandler & Gareth Evans.

Drinks (Tequila/Mezcal) will be served. Copies of Dialogue and Chloe’s other books, alongside a selection of titles published by House Sparrow Press and Jess’s parallel publishing project, Prototype, will be on display and available to purchase.
